Ip Man


Ip Man is about the Chinese martial arts master who taught Bruce Lee and practiced Wing Chun during the Sino-Japanese War. After the war forces him from his home, Ip Man taught Wing Chun to locals as a method of self-defense against bandits. He also used his skills to defend himself and his family during the war and to proclaim pride in Chinese martial arts. (There are also three sequels to this line of Ip Man movies).
